The proposed Omnibus Spending Bill is being voted on today in Congress. American taxpayers lose.

The bill includes countless wasteful and unnecessary provisions that the American taxpayers will unfortunately be funding if passed.

A few prime examples are: continued funding to the terrorist organization Hamas if the president makes certain clarifications. And what does certain clarifications by the president mean? I don’t know. Do you? It includes $12.5 million in funding for the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the National Institute of Health (NIH) to promote anti-2nd Amendment measures. The bill will provide a 5.2% increase in your favorite government workers, the bureaucrats. These are the people that comprise the unelected “Shadow Government” also commonly known as the “Deep State.” Why do they deserve a pay raise? Many of them need to be fired and not given a pay raise. For those who like war, the bill doesn’t forget the war in Ukraine, as it funds an additional $300 million to the war torn nation.

There are countless “gems” hidden in this spending bill. I have listed just a few. The bill is a monstrosity of 1,014 pages long. Who has the time to read all of it and make sense of what’s contained inside? Only the fastest speed readers in the land could possibly do that. None of the geniuses in Congress can do that.

Finally, there is $500,000 for a DEI zoo. Are you kidding me? What is that?
