NBC News reported that unnamed officials, at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), said the Kremlin is preparing an information warfare campaign aimed at bolstering Donald Trump’s presidential campaign. This is fraud 2.0 and the degenerate left never stops and never learns. Communists rarely do learn.
