Republican led legislation would require proof of citizenship to vote under the SAVE Act.
Ali Swenson of the AP said, “The specter of (non-citizen) immigrants voting illegally in the U.S. has erupted into a leading election-year talking point for Republicans. They argue that legislation is necessary to protect the sanctity of the vote as the country faces unprecedented levels of illegal immigration at the U.S.-Mexico border.” Swenson is referring to the Safeguarding American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act, which would require proof of citizenship to vote.
The Democrat Party of Chaos is firmly opposed to these safeguards, because they know that the SAVE Act would be to their detriment in their ongoing quest to destroy the United States.
