Ukrainian defenses are simply not sufficient enough. What is needed most in the Kharkov area are deep trenches. They haven’t been dug and apparently there is no time to build cement bunkers due to Russian advances.
So, where did the $61 billion American dollars go? Why weren’t fortifications built the very moment that Ukraine received American taxpayer money?
