American weapons technology is being used by Russia in its war against Ukraine.
U.S. chipmaker Nvidia manufactures the cutting-edge Jetson TX-2. It has been touted as the fastest, most power-efficient embedded AI computing device. The Jetson TX-2 is placed into killer-drones. And they become very efficient weapons of war.

These chips have been sold to Russia, China and Iran. The U.S. is on record as urging the non-transfer of any highly sophisticated AI systems.
