Spokeswoman Fadéla Chaib said, the WHO will complete its pandemic treaty by May 10th. The treaty would rescript the existing International Health Regulations. The IHR gives the WHO authority to direct and coordinate all worldwide efforts to battle a pandemic as it sees fit.
Who made these unelected degenerates the sole authority over the U.S. population during a pandemic?
