Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Merchan, said in court today that, “The defendant is hereby warned that the Court will not tolerate any continued willful violations of its lawful orders and that if necessary and appropriate under the circumstances, it will impose an incarceratory punishment.”

Lawful orders? Many legal scholars believe that this case has no merit because there is no crime that President Trump has committed.

President Trump fired back and said, The judge should terminate my case because the prosecution has no case.”

The willful chicanery continues in New York.
