If you spent $1,000 in 2020, your purchasing power now costs you $1,200 for the same item(s). This is the undeniable cost, to the American consumers, for doing business with the regressive Party of Chaos. In other words, the consequences for all Americans are brought to you by perhaps someone in your family or maybe your friends.

According to the Consumer Price Index (CPI), the following stats are the national averages of prices:

Between 2020 and 2024:

• Gas prices increased from $2.57 per gallon to $3.36
• Bread prices increased from $1.35 per loaf to $2.01
• Milk prices increased from $2.96 per gallon to $3.83
• Egg prices increased from $1.46 per carton to $3.00
• Chicken prices increased from $1.41 per per 1 lb of whole chicken to $1.95

If you are one of the unlucky Americans that lives in a regressive “blue state” such as California, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Oregon and other demented regressive states, you are paying well more than the national average.

Elections indeed do have consequences.
